V-Train Caper
(a.k.a Robots on a Train)
"V-Train Caper" as it was finally called, is a side scrolling adventure of a robot trying to save a train from the imminent danger of being destroyed by EMP bombs. Players run, jump, unlock doors and avoid hazards when trying to collect and disarm tiny EMP bombs that threatened the train.
I think the most difficult part of this game ended up being deciding on a name for it. We went through several rounds with legal teams in an effort to find a decent name that wasn't already protected by another game or product.
The game was released on a promotional CD distributed by Verizon at computer stores around the nation. I must admit, one thing I did like about working on the CD distributed games was the ability to design beyond a 5M to 10M file size limit.
